What to expect
Inspection of property.
If damages are found we will help notify the insurance carrier.
Typically an adjuster will call 24-48 hours after we notify the carrier to set up an inspection. Please save contact information and get us the date and time of inspection right away.
Adjuster Meeting: Lenz Construction Inc will attend the meeting to ensure nothing is overlooked and details are communicated.
Adjuster will generate Loss Statement. Insurer will send check for ACV amount of claim.
Lenz Construction Inc will work with your insurer to determine whether everything needed to repair the property is at a fair price and is included in your insurer's statement of loss.
Select materials and schedule the build.
Once materials are ordered Lenz Construction Inc will send a down payment invoice, invoice is due upon material delivery.
Work will be completed.
Upon completion of work Lenz Construction Inc will notify the insurance carrier to release any additional funds/deprecation.
Lenz Construction Inc will send final invoice.
Upon final payment received warranties will be issued.

WILL MY RATES GO UP?
Your rates will not increase from filing a hail and wind claim. Most policy language refers to hail and wind as an "Act of God". It is considered a no fault claim.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?
The only out of pocket expense would be your deductible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Most roofing projects take 1-2 days.
Most siding projects 3-5 days.
Gutter install typically done in 1 day.
HOW DOES LENZ CONSTRUCTION MAKE MONEY?
We only make money when we build the job. This means that your best interests will align with ours. We don’t want to waste your time or ours if we don’t think your project approved by the insurance carrier.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CLAIM IS DENIED?
If the claim is denied you don’t owe us anything.
